SOLUTION: In the blister packaging material, when the base paper of the blister package is formed by folding both short sides of a rectangle synthetic resin sheet on two folding lines, placing the printing surface outside to form a double structure sheet and further by folding the double structure synthetic resin sheet almost in half to form a quadruplex structure sheet and by cutting and adhering by melting the side edges of the quadruplex structure sheet, a surface being treated for preventing melt bonding is provided between center laminations of the quadruplex structure sheet to make the layer laminated by melt cutting and melt bonding of the side edges a semi-welded strippable state so that the printing surface of the inside of the laminated surface can be exposed.
