Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new antibody having high selectivity for a surface antigen of human neural stem cells, and a method for identifying and isolating a neural stem cell and/or a neural precursor cell and a highly Nestin-expressive cell, by an immunological method using the same. SOLUTION: The monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma of a myeloma with an antibody-producing cell of a mammal immunized by using a cultured human neurosphere homogenate is a new antibody (HFB184 antibody) highly selective for neural stem cells obtained by a screening result using a human brain tissue.
