Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal gasification combined power generation facility capable of miniaturizing the facility, and capable of saving electric power, by reducing water consumption in the power generation facility. SOLUTION: This coal gasification combined power generation facility is provided with a coal gasification facility 2 for processing and converting dust coal crushed by a coal crushing device into gas fuel, a gas refining facility 3 for refining the converted gas fuel and processing mercury included in gas, a gas turbine facility 4 operated with the mercury-processed gas fuel as fuel, a steam turbine facility 5 operated by steam generated by an exhaust heat recovery boiler 6 for introducing combustion exhaust gas of the gas turbine facility 4, generators 7G and 7S connected to at least one of the gas turbine facility 4 and the steam turbine facility 5, a dry hot gas supply part 8 for supplying dry hot gas for drying coal to the coal crushing device, and an oxygen separating facility 9 for supplying moisture included in the dry hot gas and the mercury to the gas refining facility 3.
