Further, calcium salt or calcium salt and barium salt is added to the separate liquid containing the byproducts, phosphite ions and sulphate ions as the byproducts in the separate liquid are subjected to the precipitation and separation 3 as insoluble compounds, and the regenerated liquid with the precipitated insoluble compounds being separated therefrom is returned to the original liquid.
