SOLUTION: There are provided the use of AH22921 represented by formula (1), and AH23848 represented by formula (2) which are prostanoid EP4antagonists; the medicament including the compounds; and further the medicament in combination with one or more therapeutic agents selected from among dihydroergotamine, a 5-HT2 antagonist, 5-HT1D agonist, or β-blocker.
