Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dilator for biological organs which suppresses transmission of torque, applied by a proximal end portion, to a cylindrical member for housing a stent during the operation of inserting into a living body and hardly applies the torque to the stent housed in the cylindrical member for housing a stent. SOLUTION: The dilator 1 for biological organs is equipped with a distal end side tube 2, a proximal end side tube 4, a slide tube 7 disposed in the proximity of the proximal end of the cylindrical member 5 for housing a stent, a fixed tube 8 housing the slide tube 7, and a traction wire 6 for moving the cylindrical member 5. The slide tube 7 is movable to the proximal end side by pulling the traction wire 6 and is not fixed to the cylindrical member 5 for housing a stent. The slide tube 7 is equipped with a slide tube body 71 and a distal end side cylindrical member 72 which is an integrally molded cylindrical body having a diameter-reduced part 73 in the middle.
