SOLUTION: The space between lattice members constituting a frame body 2 is filled with a filling heat-insulating panel 3 while a joint part between each of the lattice members and the filling heat-insulating panel 3 is sealed with an airtight adhesive tape 4 to obtain a basic panel A. The basic panel A, a laminated heat insulating panel 5 fixed onto the frame body 2 in a manner of fitting to the size of the width face, a sheathing roof board 6 fixed on it, and a waterproof roofing 7 laid on it are laminated and fixed in sequence. A bent piece 7a is arranged on the respective sides to cover an end surface 5a of the laminated heat-insulating panel 5. An extension member 7b, which is an excess length part protruding from the width face of the basic panel A, is bonded onto the sheathing roof board 6, and an elastic airtight material 8 is bonded onto at least a side face 2a of two adjacent sides of the frame body 2.
