When a cooperative control part 117 detects the approach of the other portable terminal unit, communication is performed between the terminal units with respect to the settings related to channel information and image output, the settings related to voice output or the like by a processing part 111 for communication between terminal units to set outputs between a plurality of terminal units instantaneously. Consequently, when one broadcasting content is divided and reproduced between a plurality of portable terminal units, the settings such as alignment of devices, tuning to channel, setting for divided display, setting of sound volume or the like can be automatically and instantaneously performed.
