Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-gas burning apparatus which can surely prevent methane in an off-gas from dissipating to atmosphere and moreover, does not require an auxiliary fuel in the burning treatment of the methane in such an off-gas. SOLUTION: The off-gas burning apparatus has an off-gas line (L3) in which the off-gas of a methane separation apparatus (1) flows, a burner (4) for burning the off-gas, a bypass line (L1b) for feeding a biogas to the burner (4) by bypassing the methane separation apparatus (1), an off-gas feed rate controller (an on-off valve V or a flow regulating valve) for controlling the feed of the biogas flowing in the bypass line (L1b), detectors (31, 41) for detecting the burning state of the burner (4) and a control unit (10).
