Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out treatment of wastewater containing dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) without causing odor problems while suppressing a load on an RO membrane in treatment of DMSO-containing wastewater for biologically treating the wastewater, solid-liquid separating the biologically treated water, and desalting the separated water by the RO membrane to recover water. SOLUTION: The DMSO-containing wastewater is subjected to methane fermentation treatment in an anaerobic digestion tank 1, the treated water is solid-liquid separated by a UF membrane separator 2 without being subjected to aerobic biological treatment to get the separated water desalted by an RO membrane separator 3 without being subjected to aerobic biological treatment. The concentrated water of the UF membrane separator 2 is returned to the anaerobic digestion tank 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
