While dividing the valve hole 25 into a plurality of small valve holes 25a juxtaposed by sandwiching a partition wall 31, the read valve plate 22 is composed of a base part 22a fixed to the valve seat member 21 and a plurality of small valve plates 22b extending from this base part 22a and capable of individually opening-closing the plurality of small valve holes 25a, and a void 27 facing to the partition wall 31 is arranged between the plurality of small valve plates 22b.
