Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture the lower part of a base isolating foundation having such a performance that can surely transmit an axial force and a shearing force applied to a base isolating member to the foundation structure of a building through a base plate and a mortar. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the lower part of a base isolating foundation, the base plate is supported on a frame and positioned in a form at the upper position, and after the concrete for forming a concrete part is deposited in the form, and the gap between the upper surface of the concrete part and the lower surface of the base plate is filled with the motor for forming a mortar part. When the bleeding amount of the concrete is equal to or more than 0.03 cm3/cm2, the mortar is deposited on the upper surface of the concrete before a predetermined time is elapsed from after the bleeding of the concrete is completed. When the bleeding amount of the concrete is less than 0.03 cm3/cm2, the motor is deposited on the upper surface of the concrete before a predetermined period is elapsed from before the completion of the bleeding of the concrete.
