Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for a vehicle capable of utilizing heat of cooling water of an engine for heating efficiently. SOLUTION: The heating device for the vehicle is provided with a first cooling water passage 2 for circulating the cooling water to a radiator 10, a bypassing passage 3 for detouring the radiator, a second cooling water passage 4 for circulating the cooling water to a heater core 20 in a vehicle compartment and a cooling function limiting means 12 for limiting a cooling function of the cooling water by the radiator. A control means 50 limits the cooling function of the cooling water in the radiator by the cooling function limiting means if an interior temperature around an occupant in the vehicle compartment is lower than a predetermined temperature.
