The polypeptide is (a): a polypeptide consisting of amino acids 40-60 of SEQ ID NO: 7, or (b): a polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence (a) wherein one or several numbers of amino acids are deleted, substituted or added, and having bonding activity to BoNT/B.
