Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a superior stability by reducing nonspecific adsorption of foreign substances such as proteins and the like. SOLUTION: A biotin compound and a nonionic/hydrophilic compound are bonded respectively with a surface functional group existing on a carrier surface, and then avidins are bonded with the biotin compound being bonded with the carrier surface. The nonionic/hydrophilic compound preferably has a chemical structure having a functional group bondable with the surface functional group and polyethylene oxide.
