Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tea extract powder having rich perfume in a method for extracting teas by using an aqueous ethanol solution. SOLUTION: The method for producing the tea extract powder includes extracting the teas by adding the aqueous ethanol solution, further extracting the teas by adding water to the mixture of the aqueous ethanol solution and the teas without carrying out the solid-liquid separation of the teas and the extract, and powdering the obtained extract.
