Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate coded image data reproducing a whole image or a partial image which is much more minute than an original frame image by adding a small amount of data. SOLUTION: A partial image extracting part 22 extracts the partial image of a designated region from within an object frame image and within a reference frame image adjacent to a time direction. A super-resolution enlargement part 23 super-resolution-processes an object partial image of the object frame image and a reference partial image of the reference frame image, and enlarges the object partial image at a prescribed enlargement ratio. A space interpolation enlargement part 24 spatially interpolates pixel data into the object partial image and enlarges the object partial image at the enlargement ratio. A redundant data generating part 25 performs a prescribed operation for reducing the data amount and generates redundant data between a super-resolution enlargement image of the object partial image and a space interpolation enlargement image of the object partial image.
