description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving material formed by using a rubber material which was disposed in the past and designing so as not to deteriorate the adhesive performance of the rubber material with urethan resin. SOLUTION: A trim 4 formed of a removing part in production of a tire by injection molding is mixed with toluene 5. The toluene 5 is adhered to the surface of the trim 4 (Fig.1(b)), and the mixing is continued in this state, whereby the trim 4 is cleaned with the toluene 5, and a silicon film 3 that is a release agent on the surface of the trim 4 is removed. Since the toluene 5 vaporizes thereafter, only a rubber piece 2 is left (Fig.1(c)). A urethane resin 6 is then mixed with the rubber piece 2, whereby the urethane resin 6 covers the rubber piece 2 and mutually adheres the rubber pieces 2, and the paving material 1 is obtained (Fig.1(d)).
