SOLUTION: The spike brackets, which are extended from the outer peripheral edge of an attachment base plate of metal and keep 1-3 spikes bending approximately in L shape to the same direction, are characterized by having pressing parts which press and chamfer the corners formed with the attachment base plate and the spike at one end or both the ends of a cross directional bending part of the spike bent in the L shape.
