SOLUTION: The sheet-like seasoned dried laver is produced by: moisturizing the one surface of a sheet-like laver with water to make it moist without spoiling its sheet-like condition; spraying powdery soy sauce from above the laver; pressurizing the laver; and roasting the laver immediately after forming the powder soy sauce layer on the one surface. A rice ball wrapped in a dried laver comprises a rice ball and a sheet-like seasoned dried laver obtained by forming a powder soy sauce layer on the one surface of the sheet-like dried laver, and wrapping the surface of the rice ball with the seasoned dried laver so that the powder soy sauce layer comes in touch with the surface of the rice ball.
