A rice ball wrapped in a dried laver comprises a rice ball and a sheet-like seasoned dried laver obtained by forming a powder soy sauce layer on the one surface of the sheet-like dried laver, and wrapping the surface of the rice ball with the seasoned dried laver so that the powder soy sauce layer comes in touch with the surface of the rice ball.
