The fixing fitting 5 is provided with a washer mounting part 5c having a tapered face inclining in the direction of right angle to axis of the steel bridge girder 1. The washer mounting part 5c is provided with a thin and long bolt hole 5d in the direction of right angle to axis of the steel bridge girder 1. The fixing bolt 6 is inserted into the bolt hole 5d.
