SOLUTION: The leakage oil dripping-preventing device includes a dish portion 2 which covers the bottom of a transformer from below, a magnet 3 which is provided to the upper surface of the dish portion 2 to magnetically stick to the lower surface of the bottom of the transformer, an oil adsorption mat 4 mounted on the dish portion 2, and a stick portion 5 extended downward from the dish portion 2. Even if the dish portion 2 can be formed in a funnel shape, a vinyl sheet which is formed in a bag shape having an opening atop and can be fixed to the side face of the oil filled instrument by a fixing means can be interposed between the dish portion 2 and oil adsorption mat 4.
