RESIN FOR INJECTION MOLDING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN FOR INJECTION MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform formation of a thermoplastic resin as a recycling of paper manufacturing in which a chemical pulp for PPC (plain paper copy) papers or the like is a main raw material, and a resin product such as a PET bottle, and to perform the environmental preservation by the reuse of the PPC paper and the resin product and by decreasing the paper manufacturing and the resin product to be processed as refuses. SOLUTION: Used discharged papers of paper manufacturing in which finely cut chemical pulp is a main raw material are immersed into water to make a water-containing state, the water-containing used discharged papers are dehydrated to such an extent that at least water does not drip down, and the dehydrated used discharged papers and a used synthetic resin are sealed in a chamber equipped with a pressure-resistant and heat-resistant function. By bringing the water in the used discharged papers into a sub-critical or super-critical state in the chamber, cellulose is decomposed, and the decomposed product of cellulose and the melted used synthetic resin are mixed while they are agitated to obtain a resin for injection molding.
