SOLUTION: When detecting the start of charging to a mobile terminal (S201), the start of radio communication is instructed (S202), communication with the mobile terminal is started (S203), and the ID of the mobile terminal is authenticated based on received data (S204). Whether un-transmitted data are present is inquired from the mobile terminal (S205) and, when receiving data from the mobile terminal (S206), the received data are stored in an RAM in a state related to the ID of the mobile terminal (S207). Whether data to be transmitted are stored in the RAM is determined (S208), the data are transmitted to the mobile terminal by radio communication when stored (S209). and the communication is finished.
