SOLUTION: A PTO clutch control circuit 40 is connected to the downstream side in a pressure oil supplying direction beyond a charge oil supply circuit 22, and an other-device output oil path 50 for supplying pressure oil to the other device having an intermittent working form is branch-connected to a site on the downstream side in the pressure oil supplying direction beyond a branch site to the charge oil supply circuit, separately from the PTO clutch control circuit 40. At the branch site to the other-device output oil path 50, a pressure compensation valve 40 is provided for throttling operation to reduce the amount of pressure oil to be supplied to the other-device output oil path 50 when pressure on the side of the PTO clutch control circuit 40 is down to a set value or lower.
