BIOSENSOR, MEASURING DEVICE FOR BIOSENSOR AND DETERMINATION METHOD FOR SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method for detecting that a sample liquid is supplied to a wrong place of a biosensor in the biosensor for determining a concentration of a substrate in the sample liquid. SOLUTION: This biosensor includes a biosensor having a reagent layer specifically reacting with the substrate in a measuring sample and a measuring device for obtaining the quantity of the substrate contained in the measuring sample from a sample in which the measuring sample and the reagent layer react with each other. The measuring device includes a temperature measuring part for measuring the temperature when reaction of the measuring sample liquid and the reagent layer progresses and a temperature correction data storage part having two or more correction tables for measured values differing with every temperature region, wherein the correction table is selected according to the temperature measured by the temperature measuring part, and a correction value is calculated according to a measured value of the substrate to make correction.
