Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of solid phase extraction of a toxin or a virus harmful to the human body and a method of detoxification thereof without adversely affecting the surrounding environment by a simply technique with high accuracy and good efficiency. SOLUTION: The method of solid phase extraction of a contaminated fluid and the method of detoxification thereof comprise a step of filling at least part of a flow channel with an inorganic porous material containing a lactose derivative in which the carboxyl group bonded to the terminal amino group of the lactose derivative by an amide bonding is bonded to the surface or the inner surface of a pore of the inorganic porous material and a step of allowing a toxin or virus-containing contaminated fluid which specifically binds to the lactose derivative to flow downward in the flow channel filled with the inorganic porous material to immobilize the toxin or virus in the contaminated fluid to the lactose derivative of the inorganic porous material to perform the solid phase extraction and removal from the contaminated fluid. A solid phase extraction collector and a decontamination agent which are used in these method are described. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
