Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved voltage application starter for inductive load devices wherein burden on the devices or machines can be reduced more than conventional to lengthen machine lives. SOLUTION: The voltage application starter is used to start letting current flow from a power source to an inductive load device. Voltage applied from the power source to a power supply terminal of the inductive load device is gradually increased to increase the current passed through the inductive load device. The peak of this current is determined. When this peak is exceeded, the voltage applied to the power supply terminal is rapidly increased to a first voltage. From the first voltage, the above voltage is gradually increased again to a target voltage. Electrical oscillation that occurs when the inductive load device is started is thereby eliminated and load on the inductive load device is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
