SOLUTION: The easily water-soluble high protein powder nutritive composition is made to easily and transparently dissolve in water by adding 0.002-0.02 pts.wt. of at least one sort surfactant chosen from a monoester of deca glycerol and a 12-14C fatty acid to a high protein powder nutritive composition which contains a milk whey protein of 85 wt.% or more, based on the protein composition of 1 pt.wt.
