IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability when handling a document read out with an image therefrom and a recording medium recorded with the image. SOLUTION: This image forming device forms collectively a document storage part 16 and a document discharge part 32, and a recording medium storage part 50 and the document discharge part 32, in a document side loaded on a transparent member 40 in view from an image reading part 20, i.e. in an upper side of the image reading part 20. The image forming device carries out thereby all of work for loading the document on the transparent member 40, work for storing the document in the document storage part 16, work for taking out the document from the document discharge part 32, work for storing the recording medium P in the recording medium storage part 50, and work for taking out the recording medium P from a recording medium discharge part 56, in the upper side of the image reading part 20.
