If a difference between a temperature detected by a discharge temperature detection sensor for detecting a discharge temperature and a temperature detected by the compressor lower part-situated temperature detection sensor for detecting the temperature of lubricant oil 24 exceeds a prescribed value, an electronic expansion valve reduces a flow rate, and a dilution ratio of the lubricant oil in the compressor is maintained low.
