description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable machine and an in-vehicle machine capable of being restored from an unlocking disabled state at an early stage and correctly unlocking a vehicle regarding the problem that an identification signal cannot be judged since a received signal by the portable machine is disordered when signals are transmitted at the same time intervals from a plurality of vehicles when the plurality of vehicles are adjacently parked, and as a result, unlocking of the vehicle is not correctly performed even when time passes. SOLUTION: In the portable machine, the portable machine exists at a place where the signals from an on-vehicle machine can be received, however, as a result of judging an identification signal by the portable machine, since the portable machine can perform signal output of having mismatched, transmission intervals of the signals are changed on the side of the in-vehicle machine which receives the signal output, the portable machine is restored from the unlocking disabled state at an early stage to correctly unlock the vehicle.
