Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for repairing a composite material which can keep the temperature distribution of a target material uniformly during repairing and thus prevent occurrence of unevenness of the strength of the material. SOLUTION: The method of repairing a composite material comprises grinding a damaged part of a composite material 2, laminating a repair material 2' on the damaged part and heating the repair material 2' to harden. A heater mat 3 having a heat dissipation fin 4 is applied to the to-be-repaired portion of the composite material 2 to heat the composite material 2 with the heater mat 3, while heat dissipation in the central part of the to-be-repaired portion is promoted with the heat dissipation fin 4.
