Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irrotational implement which prevents the corotation of a faucet elbow when the faucet elbow is attached to a wall surface, which enables the faucet elbow to be attached in a normal direction, and which facilitates a worker's work. SOLUTION: A body is composed of one plate material 1; a plurality of hole openings 11 for inserting the plurality of elbows 2 are provided, respectively; and the plate material 1 is provided with an irrotational portion 12 for preventing the rotation of the elbow 2.
