SOLUTION: A suction duct is connected near the both end gates of a tunnel path of a cylindrical case forming the tunnel path in which a conveyor can run, the steam in the tunnel path is sucked with air by using the suction duct, and a heat insulating space is formed on the upper part of the tunnel path with the suction duct and the cylindrical case and a steam ejecting nozzle, which ejects downward the superheated steam from the upper wall center of the tunnel path into the tunnel path, is formed in the heat insulating space.
