SOLUTION: A disassembling section 15b executes processing to divide a plurality of binary values configuring a program module as a plurality of words and to assign any state as the instruction section or the data section to each of the plurality of divided words, as processing to search the most likelihood state group in a hidden Markov model assuming probability that any state is assigned as the instruction section or a data section to a certain word is determined on the basis of the state assigned to a certain word previous to the pertinent word, and appearance probability that a certain word appears is determined on the basis of the state assigned to the pertinent word by a Viterbi algorithm using a model parameter determined by a model parameter learning part 15a.
