Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus, blowing the generated cold air into the interior more efficiently than before. SOLUTION: This cooling apparatus 10 includes: a frame 20; gauze 31-33 mounted on the frame 20 and having air permeability and water absorptivity; and an upper tank 40 and a lower tank 50, which are mounted on the frame 20 and store water penetrated into the gauze 31-33, wherein the air is made into cold air by heat of vaporization of water penetrated into the gauze 31-33, and the outdoor air is introduced into the interior through the gauze by the wind to thereby blow the cold air into the interior. The frame 20 includes an upper frame 21 and a lower frame 22, which are fitted to rails 100a, 100b of a window frame 100. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
