Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening device having a simple structure, enabling the level of water or liquid fertilizer stored in a planting case to be kept constant. SOLUTION: The greening device 10 is provided with: a planting case 110 having an inner space; and a water level-regulating mound 260 which is adhesively set up to the inner peripheral surface bottom part of the planting case 110, partitions the inner space into a first small space formed below the plant 60 housed in the planting case 110 and a second small space provided with a drainage mechanism discharging water to the outside, and has a prescribed height.
