It is preferable that the metal coat of this glass plate has a thickness of 15-30 nm and comprises one or more of metals selected from the group consisting of chromium, stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, tantalum and hafnium, and the oxide coat has a thickness of 8-100 nm and comprises an aluminum oxide film or a zirconium oxide film.
