SOLUTION: In a floor plate 11 of three-layer structure, an elastic sheet 14 formed of a rubber is sandwiched between a metal floor plate body 12 and a lower plate 13 and these members are joined together. A through-hole 18 having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the led pipes A is formed in the elastic sheet 14.
