description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplement sheet substantially improved in the remaining amount of nutrition originally prepared: and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The supplement sheet 11 is structured as follows: a nutrition-retaining layer 15 containing vitamin C is formed all over the surface of the one side of a rectangular base material sheet 13; the base material sheet 13 is made of PET film; and the nutrition-retaining layer 15 is formed by applying vitamin C on the base material sheet 13 via thermoplastic resin as a binder. The amount of the vitamin C remaining on the base material sheet 13 does not get lower than the original one because the thermoplastic resin has a melting point lower than the decomposition temperature of the vitamin C, and water or the like is not used for application. The supplement sheet 11 is disposed on a food such as a lunch box when used so that the vitamin C in the nutrition-retaining layer 15 is dissolved to permeate into the food, and thus the vitamin C can be readily taken through eating the food.
