Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet giving less luminance irregularity of a display, and to provide a backlight unit using the sheet, and a display device using the sheet and the unit. SOLUTION: The optical sheet 3 is characterized in that: the sheet has a dimming function sheet 8 having a dimming function on both surfaces or one surface, and a light transmission layer 9 diffusing the light from a light source 6; the dimming function sheet 8 has a tacky layer 10 on the face opposing to the light transmission layer 9; the light transmission layer 9 has at least one spacer member 11 on the face opposing to the dimming function sheet 8; the dimming function sheet 8 and the light transmission layer 9 are integrated by bonding the tacky layer 10 with the top of the spacer member 11; and an angle α made by the surface of the tacky layer 10 and the side face of the spacer member 11 ranges from 20 to 85°.
