Furthermore, the apparatus includes a cold water tank 81 for storing water cooled by a cold water heat exchanger, and cold water available side piping 86 for supplying cold water in the cold water tank for use at the available side, wherein the air feed of a blower 22 provided in the heat source side heat exchanger to supply the air to the heat source side heat exchanger is controlled so that a difference in refrigerant temperature between two predetermined points of the refrigerant circulating through the refrigerating circuit X is a fixed value or higher.
