Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient-positioning assembly which can adjust the position and orientation of a carrier if necessary and comprises a dynamic movement controlling mechanism to control the movement of the carrier. SOLUTION: The robot type patient positioning assembly for therapeutical radiation treatment comprises a robot type positioning device for moving and carrying a patient under treatment, a sensor system for detecting the position of the robot type positioning device, and a controller which is workably connected to the sensor system to accept data about the position of the robot type positioning device and is workably connected to the robot type positioning device to control the movement of the robot type positioning device, wherein the controller is constructed to depend on information accepted from the sensor system about the position of the robot type positioning device to control the movement of the robot type positioning device, so that a target to treat inside the patient put on the robot type positioning device may be positioned suitably to mate with a radiation source of a therapeutical radiation treatment system.
