SYSTEM-LINKAGE POWER SUPPLY DEVICE WITH AUTONOMOUS OPERATION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system-linkage power supply device with an autonomous operation function that is capable of performing autonomous operation so as to cope with a disaster or the like. SOLUTION: A power supply device has a power control part 50 for converting power of a power-generation element 10 into power having a commercial frequency of a commercial power supply 4, an auxiliary power supply 53, an autonomous-power generation instruction part 52 for outputting an instruction to the power-generation element for autonomous power generation during a power failure of the commercial power supply 4, and an autonomous-power extraction part 55 for extracting autonomous power generated by the power-generation element 10. The power control part 50 includes a linkage-power supply means 50A for allowing generation of power synchronization with a voltage waveform of the power having a commercial frequency of the commercial power supply 4, a frequency/voltage instruction part 57 for instructing a reference frequency and a designated voltage for autonomous power, an autonomous-power supply means 50B for adjusting a frequency and a voltage of the autonomous power on the basis of the reference frequency and designated voltage outputted from the frequency/voltage instruction part 57, and switching elements AS1-AS4 that switch between the linkage-power supply means 50A and the autonomous-power supply means 50B.
