Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive film for optic which has transparency and adhesiveness suitable as a base film of an optical member and in which the sticking of films to each other is prevented. SOLUTION: The easily adhesive film for optic comprises a polyester film and a copolymerized polyester provided at least on one surface of the polyester film, wherein the copolymerized polyester of the easily adhesive layer has a diol component 20-80 mol% of which is occupied by a 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) fluorene and 20-80 mol% of which is occupied by ethylene glycol.
