FIRE ALARM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire alarm capable of adjusting a determination condition of fire breakout based on composite occurrence degree of a phenomenon caused by a fire such as smoke and CO to discriminate between a non-fire such as smoking and a fire caused by careless handling of a cigarette butt as correctly and quickly as possible. SOLUTION: The fire alarm 1 includes an evaluating section 31 for evaluating CO concentration detected by a CO detecting section 10 and smoke density detected by a smoke detecting section 20 based on a fire alarm determining condition to output a fire alarm notification command, and a fire alarm determination condition adjusting section 33 for adjusting a fire alarm determination condition based on reference time representing elapsed time between a first time point when the CO concentration exceeds a CO concentration alarm threshold value and a second time point when the smoke density exceeds a smoke density alarm threshold value, and a reference detection value representing a detection value of the CO concentration on and after the second point of time.
