PROTEIN CRYSTALLIZATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein crystallization device which is compact and is excellent in operability. SOLUTION: The protein crystallization device for carrying out a desired dispensing process onto a crystallization plate includes: a housing having a processing chamber 4; a base 8 provided in the housing and movable as sliding between a work position in the processing chamber and an extended position extending outside the processing chamber; a dispensing section 50 provided on the base, on which a sealing device and a dispensation material, etc., necessary for the dispensing work are disposed; and a dispensing head 40 disposed above the dispensing section 50 in the processing chamber 4, for performing required processes such as dispensation to a well of a crystallization plate. The device is also equipped with: a dispensing head driving device 10 that can move the dispensing head 40 to a required position; a control device disposed below the base 8 and individually controlling the dispensing head driving device 10, the sealing device and the like; and a trash box 9 disposed below the base 8.
