Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device provided with a wavelength conversion member, suppressing adverse effect by scattering light by the wavelength conversion member, and excellent in sealability in a cap. SOLUTION: This semiconductor laser device 1 includes a semiconductor laser element 2, and the cap 10 covering the semiconductor laser element 3. The cap 10 has an opening 12 through which a laser beam L of the semiconductor laser element 2 passes. The semiconductor laser device 1 has: a glass member 20 closing the opening 12: the wavelength conversion member 30 located on the glass member 20 and containing a phosphor absorbing laser beam L to emit fluorescence of a different wavelength; and a reflective film 40 arranged between the glass member 20 and the wavelength conversion member 30.
