Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily repairing a flaw and a glitch of a house and a method of selecting an optimal material even in the absence of skilled knowledge or experience. SOLUTION: Making a database of a repair method is performed by the constructed system for every sign of the flaw and the glitch of the house and for every sign of the glitch. Access to the database is made through a network, and a sign close to the flaw and the glitch which are currently occurring, an optimal repair method, a material used, and colors are retrieved from the similar data of the past.
